The Modline 5 is a high temperature pyrometer with autonomous dual detector designed for harsh environments such as the industrial sector (ovens, molten metals, etc.). This measuring tool measuring high resolution optics and adjustable focus for precise targeting. The Modline 5 infrared sensor offers an operating temperature range of 0 to 55°C.
This instrument is capable of stand-alone and networked operation with standard I/E signal interfaces (bidirectional analog and digital RS-485), allowing operation with other systems and devices.
This infrared sensor is IP65 certified.
- Ambient temperature: 0 to 55°C (without cooling), 0 to 105ºC (with air cooling)
- Sight with the built-in objective or laser sight
- PC software (included for sensor adjustment, configuration and monitoring)
- Analog output: 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 600Ω max.
- Analog input: 4-20mA
- Power supply: 24 Vdc. ±5%, 8W max.
- Response time equal to 10ms
- Weight of the sensor approximately equal to 1.4kg.
- Durable, waterproof, stainless steel NEMA 4 (IP66) enclosure
- The Ircon Modline 5 sensor has IP65 certification
This pyrometer is now replaced by the Endurance pyrometer.
